Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method.

BSRIA

Building Services Research and Information Association.

Client

The client refers to the owner and operator of the building.

CUSUM

Cummultive sum is the method of determining changes in the statistical mean of data.

EPC

Energy Performance Certificate.

POE

Post Occupancy Evaluation involves systematic evaluation of buildings in use, from the perspective of the people who use them. It assesses how well buildings match users' needs, and identifies ways to improve building design, performance and fitness for purpose.(www.postoccupancyevaluation.com)

SIPBS

Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences. This is the building which has been used as a case study.
